In 2017, that passion became Ready Dough Pizza Inc., a family dream built on Omar’s experience and guidance. He taught us how to make high-quality par-baked pizza dough, passing down knowledge earned through decades of hands-on work. When Omar passed away in 2021, we lost our father and mentor—but not his vision.

Omar Figueroa’s story began in Cuba, where his love for baking first took shape. When he migrated to Miami, he brought with him a strong work ethic, pride in his roots, and a deep respect for doing things the right way. For over 25 years, Omar dedicated himself to baking, perfecting his craft and building a reputation based on quality, consistency, and heart. To him, food was more than sustenance—it was a way to connect people and preserve culture.

After his passing, we turned grief into purpose. We launched our Miami-style Cuban frozen pizza, proudly placing his logo on every box so the world would remember his taste and who he was. Today, Ready Dough Pizza Inc. distributes to supermarkets across South Florida and into other states, carrying forward Omar Figueroa’s legacy—one pizza at a time. His journey lives on in every bite.
